Ink Innovation is a purpose-led aviation technology company that has been transforming airline and airport operations since 2003. Their platform powers departure control, baggage, load control, turnaround, and ancillaries for over 300 airports across 85 countries — clients include Riyadh Air, JFK Terminal One, Marabu Airlines, Copa Airlines, and Copenhagen Airport.
When they came to Monkey Minds, they had an older, portfolio-style site that undersold the scale and maturity of the business — making them look smaller than their competitors in a category where credibility is everything. We built them something that reflects the enterprise they actually are.

Solution
We built the entire site on a component-based architecture — every section a reusable building block, documented and structured so Ink's marketing team can compose new landing pages independently. This was a six-month build covering 20+ pages, not a template drop.
GSAP was used throughout: scroll-triggered animations give the site energy and depth, while a GSAP Smooth Scroller adds the premium inertia feel that makes the site read as world-class. Page transition animations — a fade-in/out sequence between routes — complete the impression of a polished, cohesive product.
HubSpot was integrated for lead capture and form handling, GA4 and GDPR-compliant cookie management were wired in from the start, and the Webflow CMS was structured to support the full breadth of Ink's content: perspectives, explainers, stories, newsroom, case studies, and events — all in a clean, scalable taxonomy.
Results
Ink now has a site that matches the scale and credibility of the business — 100 on SEO and Best Practices, a full component library their team can use independently, and a content architecture that supports ongoing growth without developer dependency.
