Hypernative is the institutional onchain security platform trusted by Fidelity, Coinbase, Circle, Kraken, and 350+ other organisations to protect $100B+ in digital assets across 75+ chains. When they needed a new website to match that scale, the build came through Yaya Digital — but the project ran into serious trouble. Deadlines slipped, components were broken, and the codebase had no consistent structure.

Solution
We started with a full audit of the existing build — mapping every broken component, flagging inconsistent styles, and identifying what could be fixed versus what needed to be replaced. Rather than building on an unstable foundation, we restructured the critical sections from scratch, bringing consistency and clarity to the codebase.
Working tightly with Yaya's team to manage client expectations and keep communication clear throughout, we hit every remaining milestone and crossed the finish line on time. The client ended the project happy — which, given where it started, was the only metric that mattered.
