When they needed to move off a slow, plugin-heavy WordPress site to something faster and easier to manage, they came to Monkey Minds. The brief was tight: two weeks, full migration, and a result that reflects the calibre of the firm. We delivered.
Solution
We rebuilt the site in Webflow from scratch, starting with a clean CMS architecture that maps properly to EveryCloud's content model — separate collections for case studies, insights, and events, all manageable without developer input. The Saddle Framework kept the build fast and consistent.
GSAP animations were added throughout to give the site energy — subtle scroll-triggered sequences and transitions that make the dark, technical aesthetic feel alive rather than static. Every integration was wired in from the start: HubSpot for lead capture, Calendly for the free X-Ray Assessment booking flow, GA4 and GTag for analytics, and a GDPR-compliant cookie system.
The custom video embeds and rich-media assets were handled individually — no automated migration shortcuts. Each one was manually verified, reconfigured for Webflow, and tested across devices before sign-off.
